The Wintringham team was joined by Deputy Mayor Sam Smith to celebrate coming second in this year’s Charity Golf Day.
The Wintringham team, consisting of three members of the project team from master developer Urban&Civic and a representative from Barratt Homes, competed against 23 rival teams over 18 holes at St Neots Golf Course to take second place.
The event was organised by the Rotary Club of St Neots St Mary’s and St Neots Town Council, with Urban&Civic among the sponsors.
Paul Murfin, Communications and Partnerships Manager for Wintringham, said: “We were delighted to support this year’s event and help raise funds for the mayor’s charities. Our team had a fantastic time and did brilliantly to take second place. Congratulations to the Brampton team, who won the competition, and everyone involved in making it such a great day.”
