Marketing suites are now open

After an extensive review and in line with evolving advice from the government, Urban&Civic have been working with our housebuilder partners to establish appropriate procedures in order to welcome you back to Wintringham to visit the Morris Homes marketing suite.

Visits will be by appointment only to ensure the safety of both visitors and staff with the following procedures:
• On arrival all visitors will be required to wait in their vehicles until they are called in by the sales adviser.
• New health and safety signage has been installed to ensure social distancing is adhered to at all times.
• You will be required to use hand sanitising stations set out at each marketing suite and wear gloves during your visit. Face masks will also be available but are not compulsory.
• There will be no access to facilities or refreshments, however you are welcome to bring your own bottled drinks.

Rebecca Britton from Wintringham master developer, Urban&Civic, said:
“The health and safety of our colleagues and visitors is always our priority, and the team have worked hard to establish this approach so that the Marketing Suite can meet the interest and demand from people to be part of this exciting new community, while keeping everyone safe. Over the coming weeks, we will continue to monitor, review and update this approach in line with any changes in government guidance. We look forward to welcoming you back to explore the homes coming forward from a Morris Homes and look forward to the opening of the CALA Homes marketing suite in in August.”

You can easily book an appointment through the housebuilders’ websites or over the phone – details can be found on our Homes page. The procedures above will also be thoroughly explained to you when you book your appointment with the Team. If you have any queries please contact us at enquiries@wintringham.org.

Please ensure you always follow the guidelines to help us protect everyone working on and visiting Wintringham.
