Attracted by more affordable house prices, a safe environment to bring up their young son and good transport links, Wander and his wife moved from North London to Wintringham a couple of years ago.

The main reasons we chose to move to Wintringham was the price of the houses compared to London, and living in a place where we feel safe is very important. Going to London is also very easy and there is a train station 10 minutes walk from here. All those things combined made us choose to move to Wintringham.
A strong sense of community was also an important factor, and the family enjoy attending the events that are organised throughout the year and are looking forward to the new David Lloyd Club, M&S Food and other amenities coming forward in The Hub at Wintringham.
“The events here in Wintringham are very enjoyable, and there is always something being organised. Every year they get better, with something for the whole family, and I think that’s what makes Wintringham such a special place to live.
