Hear why residents Will and Zoshia chose Wintringham to call home.
“When we visited Wintringham everything seemed pretty perfect. We can easily commute into London, it is more affordable than other places we investigated, and it has a real countryside feel. We’re also both quite active and really like Wintringham’s focus on health, wellbeing and leisure. Everything just fell into place.”

Education
The first of Wintringham’s primary schools is set at the heart of the Wintringham community. Wintringham Primary Academy is a three-form entry school whose award-winning design is inspired by forest school principles.
Embracing principles of nature, the school’s inspirational learning environment prioritises wellbeing and sustainability, with classrooms clustered into group around a woodland grove, connecting pupils to the natural world with an abundance of indoor and outdoor learning spaces.
