Big Commuter Survey 2026 Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

  1. The 1 x £100 Amazon voucher and 2 x £50 Amazon voucher is open to all participants of the ‘Big Commuter Survey’ 2026, delivered by smart journeys (a project-based team hosted by Cambridgeshire County Council).
  2. smart journeys partners may offer additional prizes to those above at their sites at their own discretion e.g. £25 Coop voucher – you will not be entered into these, unless you are a member of staff or resident at one of these sites. (participating sites are: Alconbury weald (residents and businesses), Babraham Research Campus, Granta Park, Trumpington Meadows, Wellcome Genome Campus, West Cambourne and Wintringham)
  3. This promotion opens on Monday 12th October 2026 at 00:00 and closes at 23:59 on Sunday 25th October 2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
  4. To enter the prize draw you must provide your contact details at the end of the survey.
  5. smart journeys may, in absolute discretion, disqualify any entries which do not comply with these terms and conditions or where any form of bad faith is suspected.
  6. By leaving your name and email address at the end of the survey to be entered into the prize draw, this will be taken as consent for your name and email address to be pooled and processed by automatic means for the purpose of selecting a winner at random.
  7. The prize draw will take place on or before Friday 30th October 2026. The winners will be selected at random and notified using the email address provided within 5 working days of selection.
  8. smart journeys will make reasonable effort to contact the winner through the means specified in these terms and conditions. If smart journeys are unable to contact any winner within seven working days, or if any winner is unable for whatever reason to accept the prize, we then reserve the right to award the prize to another entrant.
  9. The decision of smart journeys is final, binding, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the prize promotion.
  10. The prize is non-transferrable and non-refundable with no cash alternative. 12. Entry into the prize draw will be accepted as consent to pass on your email address for delivery purposes.
  11. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, smart journeys, in our discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal value. The prize must be taken as offered and is non- transferable.
  12. Nothing in these rules shall affect your statutory rights.
  13. For those survey participants who choose to supply their name and contact details for the prize draw, this information will be stored securely (for no longer than 12 months) and will not be linked to their survey data.
  14. After the prize draw, any personal data will be deleted.
